A A. Mshelia has devoted most of his life to helping people cultivate the appropriate affections necessary to discovering purpose, and developing their unique qualities of greatness. He is the Founder, President and Senior Elder at The Reformation Kingdom Community. He is the Founder of Nobel Quest Global and Chief Executive Officer of World Gems Research Centre; an organization committed to sub-serving, inspiring and raising leaders, in seminars conferences and other mentorship platforms nationwide.

He attended Mbulamel Primary School, Biu, Borno State. Attended Godiya Private Secondary School where he obtained his West Africa Examination Council Certificate. He studied Survey and Geo-informatics and spent half a decade in the banking sector before moving to his passion; Ministry and writing. He is a Media Consultant, Senior Special Assistant on Digital Media to the Executive Governor of Taraba State, Arc. Darius Dickson IShaku and a Knowledge Manager at Noman Zamani; a private sector agricultural initiative in Northern Eastern Nigeria.

He has worked with the Ministry of Land and Survey, Biu, Borno State and Beacon of Hope, Jos, Plateau State – a Non-Governmental Organization; as well as several gospel ministries in different capacities and has attended several ministerial, leadership and management training and conferences.
