SENIOR ELDER

A. Mshelia is a visionary leader, writer, and purpose-driven professional committed to helping individuals unlock their potential and cultivate the mindset required for personal and leadership growth. He is the Founder, President, and Senior Elder of The Reformation Kingdom Community, Global—a faith-based organization dedicated to transformation through mentorship and leadership development. He also serves as President of Nobel Quest Global and Chief Executive Officer of the World Gems Research Centre, organizations devoted to raising and inspiring leaders through seminars, conferences, and mentorship platforms across Nigeria.

Mr. Mshelia studied Surveying and Geo-informatics, a second degree in Economics, and a certificate in Project Management from the Digital Exchange Academy, Open University (UK). He began his career in banking for half a decade before transitioning to his lifelong passions—writing, ministry, and leadership development. Over the years, he has authored biographies of notable Nigerian leaders and consulted for former governors, politicians, and government institutions in areas such as leadership branding, image development, reputation management, and strategic communication.

He served as Senior Special Assistant on Digital Media to the former Executive Governor of Taraba State, Arc. Darius Dickson Ishaku, CON and as Knowledge Manager at Noman Zamani, a private-sector agricultural initiative in Northeast Nigeria. His leadership footprint also extends to his representation of the GOTNI Leadership Centre in Abuja. He continues to contribute to leadership training and community development initiatives with NGOs and youth-focused organizations.

Mr. Mshelia’s early education began at Mbulamel Primary School, Biu, Borno State, followed by Godiya Private Secondary School, where he earned his WAEC certificate. He has also worked with the Ministry of Land and Survey, Biu, Borno State, Beacon of Hope (an NGO in Jos, Plateau State), and several gospel ministries in different capacities. He has attended numerous leadership, management, and ministerial training programs both locally and internationally.

A devoted father of four boys, A. A. Mshelia has devoted much of his life to helping people discover purpose and nurture their unique qualities of greatness, leaving an indelible mark on leadership, mentorship, and community transformation.
